Embracing Change.

We face change throughout or lives.  Change can be good or bad. How we handle it develops our character. To keep up with change we must  constantly learn.  Whether it is technology, relationships or faith we must constantly learn.  However, we will never know it all. Our brains simply do not have the capacity to know all things. The more we learn the more we can do and be. Training our minds will enable us to see clearly God's will for our lives and enable us to find the way to achieve it.

Strategy for handling life's problems

Trust in God and use whatever skills you have no matter how insignificant they may seem.

David was small in stature and could not use heavy traditional weapons of war, but he slew the giant with a simple sling and stone. He was not afraid because he trusted God to help him succeed against the odds.

God is an enabler who empowers people to be the best they can be. God provides a plan and a guide for following the plan.  The weak are given strength and the meek are given boldness. Success is given to the defeated.  Many successful people suffered failure many times before finding success. Using principles of faith, hope, perseverance, fairness and charity have helped many move from failure to success.

God also rewards loyalty and honesty. We choose to what and to whom we will remain loyal. Our first choice should be to remaining loyal to God and to Scripture. The teachings of Scripture enable us to understand who we are and what God intends for us to be. God loves us and desires the best for us. To achieve that we have to follow the principles laid out in Scripture.

Scriptures enable us to achieve our intended purpose. We can do all things but not all things are good for us. We need a time tested guide to learn the difference and make good decisions.  God gives us the freedom of choice. God also gives us a guide to use to make those choices. The Scriptures are our guide.
